Eligibility Requirements
All applicants with employees must carry workers' compensation insurance or they must delete UM coverage for their employees. All commercial vehicles registered to the applicant must be insured with Mercury, provided they meet the company's underwriting requirements. General liability coverage is required if the vehicles have attached equipment.
